The Questions

“Why they say never say never, when they know that ain't right? Cause to never say never you done said never twice” - Mos Def

Did you ever notice the vast amount of automated devices available for your usage in the average restroom? Last time I went to the restroom, I peed, and the urinal flushed itself. I went to wash my hands and the tap came on, on its own. Even the soap dispenser was automated. I went to dry my hands, the blower’s sensor detected me and came on automatically. After all this excellent technological display, I was very impressed for a short time. I had realized that I would trade it all for a BLOODY door with a handle I didn’t have to touch. Why is it that of all the things that you come in contact with in the restroom, the one thing that really needs to be automated, is the one thing that is not?

There was this one time I saw this guy, after doing “number 2” (I’m not sure if and how he wiped) totally bypass the fully automated self- hygiene setup, and used the same door to exit. Now maybe my immune system can handle the bit of germs I was going to come in contact with, but my stomach wasn’t.

Places that actually say they intend to promote autonomy, creativity and individuality, have so many people looking the same? I didn’t realize that Clubs had a Uniform. Sorry, but my belt buckle isn’t big enough, my pants aren’t tight enough, my shoes aren’t square enough and I don’t have a piece of ruby quartz to cut into some sunglasses. If I’m comfortable with who I am now, why would I go somewhere to look like someone else?

French fries are fried,… but you can also bake them. Bake is Baked,… but you can also fry them. Why is fried bake called “Fried Bake”, and baked fries not called “Baked Fries”?
